This hand held blender works 10 times better than I ever expected! In your hand you know you are holding a quality piece of equipment! I like to use it to chew up ice cubes with milk. It's like a milk and ice "ICEE!" Then I add my favorite ice cream that I've picked for that treat that day, and stir in the ice cream by hand & its so good!!! And so cold! I love it

I just wanted a simple immersion blender and this is it. I don't need other attachments or multiple speed levels. I found that a simple mechanism is usually the best and last longer. Hopefully it will be!

I am so happy I got this hand held immersion blender. Years ago I worked in a fast food restaurant that I used a commercial grade blender like this and thought I would love to have one of these at home. Now, I can confirm that this appliance is one of the best things I own in the kitchen! I love how easy it is to chop up onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, and all other vegetables for great homemade salsa and guacamole! Love my mixer!!

I can't believe I've waited so long to try one of these. I've used it to make mashed potatoes, salsa, chocolate mousse, whipped cream and carrot soup. It worked so well with everything. The soup, whipped cream and mousse came out super smooth. The mashed potatoes and salsa had the perfect consistency. Can't wait to use the immersion blender on more things.

This immersion blender has completely changed the cooking game for me! I have used it several times for different recipes and it has done the job perfectly every time. It has a very nice weight to it and is extremely easy to use. cleaning is very simple as well. Since it is beginning to get cold where I live, this blender will be used A LOT to make various soups and other recipes. Definitely recommend!

I love this immersion blender! I make a lot of soup, especially soup that needs to be blended. Before I had the immersion blender, I would need to dump hot soup into a blender to smooth it out. Yeah, no, didn't enjoy that. I never had enough room for all of the soup in the blender, so I would have to keep putting small batches in, everything hot and making a mess. Annoying-and yes, in the grand scheme of things, it worked. The immersion blender, however, is so much better! I take it right to the pot of soup and blend it right up! I also find it fun to use!

I'm loving my new immersion blender. Honestly at first I thought it wasn't necessary because I have a nice multi-functional blender, a stand mixer and hand mixer, but I was wrong!! The hand immersion blender is so convenient. My family makes a lot of homemade sauces and marinades and it is so much quicker and easier then pulling out the full-size blender. The immersion blender mixed the sauces and marinades better too in my opinion. The attachment attach and detach easily. Very easy to clean. My only wish is that when you turn it on it stays on automatically instead of having to hold the button down while operating it.

My whole family absolutely loves this product. We are a big family of 11 so we do a lot of cooking. It has two speeds, the amount of stuff that you can blend stir and chop is unbelievable. We've used it to make salsa's and smoothies be eggs and pancake or waffle mixes. We've even used it to mix vegetables and fruit for our toddler. It's super easy to use and this little blender packs of egg punch. All dishwasher safe. I can't say enough great things about this product.

The immersion blender Is very nice. It is well made and has two speed choices. I used I it for blend the batter for some brownies and it worked great. Make sure the blade attachment is securely attached. I am looking forward to using this for whipping cream and mixing eggs,, making guacamole, pudding and many more foods. So nice to use rather than the big mixer.

Super easy to use and lots of power in my hand. I love how easy it is to change attachments if you get the optional accessories. The blender attachment was easy to twist on and off, I had a different one with buttons to hold in to remove accessories, this was easier. With the blender attachment on it will stand up on its own, nice when you have limited cabinet space. The attachment is easier to clean than a traditional blender and actually blends smoothies a lot better. The actual unit has high and low speeds, I use low speed for frozen fruits or making mashed potatoes. Great space saver for smaller kitchens and easy to master.

I have been using an immersion blender for many years, so I was very happy to update to a new model. This blender is quite powerful! It has 500 W of power and two speeds. It is very easy to maneuver, the buttons are in the perfect spot where your fingers rest. I was able to blend up soup in less than a minute! I am very happy with this blender!

The GE immersion blender is a solid hand held appliance that does so many different things! It is very powerful and easy to operate. It comes with easy attachments that you connect to the immersion wand. There is the immersion wand, whisk, and chopper along with a tall deep container to mix in! Yo me GE has always meant quality and this product lives up to those standards! I would go as far as to say you would be hard pressed to find a different brand that is better!

This is a good little gadget. It's like a full size blender in your hand! Well maybe, not quite but it does a lot. It has some heft to it and feels solid. It plugs in (not cordless) and has two speeds - high and low - which you can easily switch with the buttons. It blends well and I like having the mobility, versus a regular blender. The blending piece comes off easily for cleaning. I haven't had it long, but so far I'm impressed with it!

I enjoy making protein smoothies/ shakes in the morning but hate to get out the large blender for just one shake. With that being the case, I thought this would be a better solution. I have had an immersion blender before but it was overly bulky and heavy and really didn't work well.
Upon receiving this one, I cleaned it and used it the next morning. This is perfect and made my protein shake nice and creamy! Additionally, this is very easy to clean which is an added benefit.
This immersion blender is very easy to use and doesn't weigh a ton like my previous one.
I will be ordering another as a gift for my daughter for Christmas - she will love it.

This is a handy tool if you want to mix something smaller, like a small smoothie, or if you want to mix straight in a pot or bowl like for soups, or mashed potatoes. It doesn't replace a blender completely, it's more of an additional tool.

This immersion blender packs a good punch. With two speeds, it provides all the muscle you need to get through a smoothie or just whip up some chocolate milk. I suspect wand could be washed in the dishwasher but GE doesn't recommend it. It removes from the main body/motor, however, so it is easy to get it nice and clean with a sponge and warm water.

This immersion blender from GE is a must have item for in your kitchen. It can be used in so many different ways you may find yourself using it on a daily basis. It can be used in the morning to add supplements to your morning coffee, in the afternoon for a smoothie or in the evening for an after dinner milkshake. It is not battery operated and needs plugged in to use. It has both a high and low setting and the attachment easily twists off for washing, which is hand wash only. This little device packs a lot of power even when on the low setting and works well to break up ice nuggets, pieces of fruit or thick ice cream. It's pretty fool proof but comes with an easy to read instruction manual if needed, which includes a pretty handy tips and tricks page. A great addition to this product is the seperate accessory kit, which allows for versatility with your immersion blender. Definitely recommend this blender to have in the kitchen!

The quality of this product is very good, I used the blender for making milk shakes. It has a powerful 500 watt motor. It is also bpa free and made of stainless steel and easy to clean. It is also very light and has 2 speeds. Easy to clean and sits nicely on my countertop.

I bought my first GE immersion blender this spring March(?)21, and immediately had problems with it overheating after minimal usage. If left plugged in between brief 15-30 seconds of use, it would get hot and continue to heat up while just sitting plugged in on the counter. I returned that one because it was within the no questions ask return period, and they sent me a new one, same model. Second model didn't immediately overheat while just being plugged in, but has started to now, about 3-4 months after receiving. The seal in the blender shaft was never been great, and I would not recommend this item for anyone looking to have a bubble free emulsion. I have tried to contact the customer service department by email, and haven't heard back in over 2 weeks. I would never buy another GE appliance based on this experience.
